Verse says "Mama's Father" in pen. In pencil it is written "Mrs. Arthur Parkinson, Jamestown, ND". Photograph by Kozmata Ferencz, from Budapest. According to an internet search, photographer lived in Hungary from 1842 to 1902, and was most active from the 1870s and 1880s. By the age of the subject and location of the photographer I am assuming the note in pen was written by Bessie and that the photograph is of Jacob Theurer (and not of Arthur Parkinson).
