    Arthur was an accountant. Image seems to be of him at the center of the photo. Black sign on the right of the image says James River National Bank. Could this be that bank's building? Did Arthur work at the James River National Bank of Jamestown? Poster between windows is of a printing service based out of Fargo called Walker Bros. & Hardy - the Hardy name was added to the company name in 1902 and it was last listed in the city directory in 1927.
